2. Services and Quotations

All quotations are provided based on information available at the time of request and may be revised where scope, timing, quantities, location, or logistics change.

3. Booking Confirmation

A booking is confirmed only after written acceptance of a quote and any required deposit or payment milestone stated in your proposal or invoice.

4. Payments

Payment terms, due dates, and accepted payment methods are provided in your quote or invoice. Late payments may affect delivery timelines or availability.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellation and rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing. Charges may apply based on preparation completed, vendor commitments, and timeline proximity to event date.

6. Rentals, Loss, and Damages

Clients are responsible for rented items from delivery through collection. Missing, damaged, or heavily soiled items may result in additional charges.

7. Venue Access and Site Readiness

Clients are responsible for ensuring venue access, permits, power availability, and site readiness at agreed setup times. Delays outside our control may affect execution windows.

8. Intellectual Property

All original planning materials, design concepts, and site content remain property of SetUp Event Rentals unless otherwise agreed in writing.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, SetUp Event Rentals is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or delays caused by force majeure events, third-party failures, or conditions outside reasonable control.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable laws of Ghana. Any disputes shall be addressed in good faith before formal legal proceedings.
